Pricing and product information is only valid within Gold Standard's service area. We do not guarantee the pricing on materials will match that of an area outside of our serviceable range. Please take that into consideration as you price your building online.
You are free to customize any of the standard listings within our system to price the buildings to meet your needs. If you decide to place an order you can submit the final estimate to our order department where a salesman will contact you to further complete your order. At no time during the online estimate process will you be asked for any payment information or contact information unless you choose to be contacted.
Images of buildings displayed on this website are for representation purposes only and do not reflect the actual finished product. While some colors may be shown as though they are installed, they are still only computer generated representations of a finished product and not photographs of the completed work.
Using our Online Estimate System you can change some building specifications and add accessories, such as: windows, doors, wainscot, stables, etc. All options may not appear in the graphical representation, but do appear in the price reflected each time you submit your change. Our sales representatives will be happy to show you on an actual layout what you floorplan will look like.
While we have done our best to incorporate many of the standard available options, you may always add additional items not offered from within our Online Estimate System. Please be aware that when adding certain items, which may have an impact on the overall structure of your building, prices can increase by more than just the price of the item added. Changes to wall openings, etc can add additional charges for material and labor expenses.
Upon making any changes to the items priced through our Online Estimate System your sales representative may present you with updated pricing that reflects any and all additional labor and material pricing. Please keep this in mind before making alterations and when dealing with our sales representatives.

If your requirements change based on local building codes, etc then you are solely responsible for any increased pricing based on those changes.
